By accessing and using Linkync, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

e. Users agree not to engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities while using the application.

a. In the event of a dispute between users of Linkync and the company, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the dispute through mediation or arbitration.
b. If mediation or arbitration is not successful, the parties may seek resolution through the courts. Any legal action must be taken in the jurisdiction of the company's headquarters and will be governed by the laws of that jurisdiction.
c. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the application shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
d. The parties shall agree on a single arbitrator to hear the dispute, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
e. This agreement to arbitrate shall not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of law to prevent the other party from engaging in any activity that violates the terms and conditions of the agreement.
