By accessing or using our beauty booking services (the "Services''), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and you are responsible for reviewing and complying with any updates. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms:
Users of the application agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations, provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account, maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, and use the platform only for its intended purposes. They also agree not to engage in any activity that may harm the platform, other users, or any third-party, and to report any suspicious or unauthorized activity immediately.
The platform does not provide any warranty, representation, or guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or availability of the information or content. Users are solely responsible for their reliance on any information or content available on this platform.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by users as a result of using the application, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
By using Linkync, users agree to follow all rules and obligations listed in the document below and any updates to these terms that may arise in the future.
Part 2. General Terms and Conditions
Purpose of the Linkync.
Linkync operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) designed to facilitate various functions for Users, including but not limited to booking, managing, viewing, and canceling appointments, as well as offering access to information and service providers in the health, wellness, and beauty industries.
Limited Control.
It is essential to acknowledge that Linkync does not exercise control or oversight in the following areas:
Quality and Legality - Linkync does not guarantee the quality, safety, morality, or legality of services provided by Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) who utilize the Services
Accuracy of Listings - Linkync cannot ensure the truth or accuracy of the listings or directory information provided by SMBs.
Timeliness and Accuracy - Linkync does not guarantee the timeliness or accuracy of SMB appointment calendars.
Service Delivery - Linkync cannot guarantee the ability of SMBs to provide services that have been booked.
Identity Verification - Linkync does not verify the identity of SMBs or Customers.
Transaction Completion - Linkync cannot ensure that a Customer will complete a transaction with an SMB.
No Sales or Purchases.
Users must be aware that Linkync does not engage in the sale or purchase of any goods or services, offer or solicit such transactions, or create any merchant-customer relationships unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Accuracy of Information
Information Accuracy. While the Linkync endeavors to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including details about SMBs, appointment calendars, and bookings, Users should be aware that this does not guarantee the accuracy of such information.
Reporting Errors.
Users encountering any errors are encouraged to report them by contacting our support team; however, it should be noted that the Platform does not warrant the correction of these errors.
Modifications and Changes
Updates to Terms and Conditions. Linkync reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions, including its policies, at its sole discretion. Such updates will be communicated through postings on linkync or via email to registered Users.
Reviewing the Terms.
Users are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of any modified version is a prerequisite for continued use of the platform's services. Users may be required to confirm their agreement to modifications by clicking "accept" or "agree."
Availability of Services
Service Availability. While Linkync endeavors to maintain 24/7 availability, excluding planned maintenance downtime, Users should be aware that continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
Internet Access. Use of the Linkync necessitates internet access through compatible devices. Users are liable for mobile carrier charges resulting from their use of the services.
Compatibility. Linkync does not guarantee compatibility with all devices or support from all mobile carriers. Some features may require JavaScript or similar technologies to be enabled for access.
Account Termination and Access Refusal
Right of Refusal. The Platform retains the right to refuse or limit access to its services at any time and at its sole discretion. It may also restrict or terminate User and SMB Accounts without prior notice.
Prohibited Uses
Prohibited Activities. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Platform for the unlawful purposes, solicitation, regulatory compliance
Intellectual Property: Infringement upon the intellectual property rights of the Platform or any third parties is strictly prohibited.
Harassment and Discrimination: Users shall not engage in harassment, discrimination, or any form of harmful conduct.
False Information: Submission of false or misleading information is strictly forbidden.
Malicious Code: Users must not transmit viruses or malicious code that may impact the Platform's functionality.
Spam and Phishing: Engaging in spam, phishing, or similar activities is strictly forbidden.
Security Interference: Users shall not interfere with or circumvent the security features of Linkync.
Locations and Communications
Linkync employs GPS locator capabilities to identify your current location for various purposes within the Services.
Consent to Receive Communications:
i. By providing your mobile phone number, you acknowledge and consent to receive various forms of communications, including but not limited to: SMS Text Messages , Phone Calls, Emails, Push Notifications, In-App Communications, Web-Based Browser Technology
These communications may contain Commercial Content, such as Web beacons and other chatbot applications from Linkync, pertaining to the Services.
Additional Contact Numbers reserves the right to collect and utilize other telephone numbers provided by you.
Please remember that your consent to receive these communications is subject to the terms and conditions of your carrier contract. If you have any concerns or questions about these communications, please contact our support team.
Part 3. User Accounts and User Obligations
Account Registration
Customers are provided the opportunity to register for a Customer account ("Account") online, via mobile, voice activation, or offline registration forms, granting access to the Linkync platform ("Services''). By completing the registration process, you affirm the accuracy, completeness, and currency of the provided information, and you commit to promptly updating it as necessary.
Password
During registration, you will be prompted to establish a password, serving as your identification credential. You bear responsibility for all activity associated with your Account, with an obligation to ensure compliance with these Terms of Use.
Transfer Prohibited
You expressly agree not to engage in the sale, trade, or transfer of your Account to any third party.
Account Guidelines
The Services may encompass Interactive Areas designed for user communication. Through participation, you pledge to:
refrain from uploading, distributing, or publishing any content that contravenes applicable laws.
Avoid making threats, engaging in abusive behavior, or disrupting discussions within Interactive Areas.
Eschew hate speech, personal attacks, or any form of abusive language.
Use Interactive Areas exclusively for lawful commercial activities, avoiding spam or unauthorized advertising.
Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations when posting content.
Abstain from discussing or promoting unlawful activities or intentions to engage in such activities.
Ensure posted content is relevant to the designated topic or theme of any Interactive Area.
Do not impersonate others or infringe upon the privacy of individuals.
Refrain from interfering with the privacy or security of others.
Do not facilitate or encourage violations of these Terms of Use.
Affiliates Marketing and Referral
To participate in the referral program, users must be registered and have an active account on the application. Referral rewards are only available to users who have referred the application to others, and the referrals must have completed their first transaction on the application.
Referral Rewards: Users who successfully refer others to the application will be eligible for rewards, which can include discounts, free services, or other incentives.
Referral Codes: Referral codes will be provided to users who want to participate in the referral program. These codes should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. The platform reserves the right to discontinue any referral codes or terminate any user's account who violates this policy.
Referral Limits: There may be limits to the number of referrals a user can make and the rewards they can receive. These limits may vary and can be changed by the platform at any time.
Rights in Submissions
In submitting content to Interactive Areas ("Submissions"), you grant us and our affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, sub-licensable, worldwide, fully-paid, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute Submissions for lawful purposes.
Right to Monitor
We retain the right to monitor your Account.
Verification of Users
Users may be requested to undergo identity verification, particularly for Payment Services. Failure to comply may restrict access to specific Services.
Account Settings
Users are empowered to configure default settings for Payment Services, with the capability to modify these settings via Linkync.
Use of Booking Services via Third-Party Platforms
Linkync collaborates with third-party platforms for Booking and Payment Services. By utilizing these Services via Third-Party Platforms, you explicitly consent to communications from us.
Part 4 - TERMS OF SALE FOR BOOKING SERVICES, PAYMENT SERVICES
Appointment Booking
Linkync facilitates appointment bookings with Small and Medium-sized Businesses ("SMBs") to aid Customers in scheduling appointments. We do not independently verify SMB availability and disclaim liability for errors in SMB calendars. Confirmation and reminders are dispatched via email, SMS, or alternative technological means.
Appointment No-Show & Cancellation Policy
Customers must make reasonable efforts to cancel appointments they cannot honor. Failure to do so may result in fees or the forfeiture of pre-paid amounts, in accordance with SMB policies.
Usage Guidelines
Users pledge to honor their booked appointments, refrain from reselling them, and adhere to SMB policies.
Sale Prices
SMBs retain the prerogative to modify service fees, with potential tax additions contingent upon jurisdiction.
Payment Information, Authorization, and Settlement
Users must provide debit or credit card information for Payment Services. Linkync employs this information as delineated in the Privacy Policy. Users assert their legal authority to employ the card. By indicating an intent to pay bills via Payment Services, Users authorize charges to their debit or credit cards for services and associated fees.
Gift Cards
Gift cards issued by are intended for personal use or as gifts.
Gift Cards are non-transferable and cannot be sold, bartered, or otherwise exchanged for value or currency
It is the responsibility of the Gift Card holder to use the card within the stated validity period. Expired Gift Cards may not be reactivated or redeemed.
Linkync is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards. Report lost or stolen Gift Cards to Linkync immediately.
In some cases, we may offer reloadable Gift Cards. Reloadable Gift Cards remain subject to the same terms and conditions as non-reloadable cards.
Misuse of Gift Cards reserves us the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards and their balances, will possibly result in termination of the account of any users found to be in violation of these terms and conditions.
Receipts and Transaction History
Transaction receipts are accessible within the Linkync platform. Emailed or paper receipts can be obtained upon request during transactions.
Incomplete Payments
Linkync bears no responsibility for incomplete payments resulting from insufficient funds, erroneous information, expired cards, or external factors. Users are exclusively accountable for full payments to SMBs.
Part 7 – Property Rights and User Feedback
Intellectual Property Rights
These Terms of Use expressly state that no license for software or intellectual property is granted. The Services, meticulously safeguarded by U.S. and international legal
frameworks, are unequivocally our property or belong to our designated licensors. Our ownership rights remain inviolate.
All materials featured on the Services, encompassing text, images, and related content (collectively referred to as "Materials"), firmly reside under our ownership, fortified by the shield of U.S. and international legal statutes.
Without our explicit consent, any utilization, duplication, or alteration of these Materials is categorically prohibited.
Feedback
Upon your provision of Feedback, an unequivocal transfer of ownership occurs, empowering us or duly assigned third parties to wield it for any conceivable purpose. It is imperative to note that such Feedback does not enjoy the cloak of confidentiality.
Confidential Information and Grants
By virtue of using the Services, you endow us with the rights to the content you upload, granting us the authority to exhibit and harness it as we deem fit.
Using the Services grants us rights to content you upload, allowing us to display and use it. SMBs may access personal information in transactions, but it can only be used for the transaction or Linkync-related communication, following our Privacy Policy. Unauthorized commercial use is not allowed.
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Booksy grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license. This license permits the User to use Linkync, in object code form only, on compatible devices, including but not limited to mobile devices. The sole purpose of this license is to support the User's permitted use of the Services as outlined in this Agreement.
Infringement
If the user believes that any of the Services violate their copyright, they must notify Linkync copyright agent in writing and provide evident subjected to review
Part 8. Advertisements and Additional Promotions via Third-Party Links
Advertisements and Promotions
Within the Linkync application, third-party advertisements and promotional content may be displayed.
It is essential to understand that any interactions, correspondences, or engagements you undertake with these third-party advertisers are exclusively between you and the respective third party
Linkync bears no responsibility for the terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such interactions, nor does it accept liability for any losses or damages arising from these engagements.
Disclaimer
You expressly acknowledge and consent to the provision of Third-Party Tools without any warranties, representations, or conditions, whether express or implied, and Linkync does not endorse or guarantee these tools.
As such, Linkync disclaims any and all liability arising from or related to your utilization of optional Third-Party Tools.
Your decision to employ optional tools and features of third party tools accessible through Linkync is entirely at your own discretion and risk.
Third Party Links / Content
Certain content, products, and services accessible through Linkync may encompass materials from third-party sources. Links embedded within Linkync may redirect you to third-party websites or services that operate independently of Linkync.
Linkync is not responsible for scrutinizing or assessing the content's accuracy or veracity, or the nature of services and products offered by third-party materials, websites, or services.
We do not furnish warranties or accept liability for any aspect of third-party materials, products, services, or transactions resulting from interactions with third-party entities.
Exemption from Transaction Liability
Linkync explicitly disclaims any responsibility for harm, damages, or complications associated with the procurement or utilization of goods, services, content, or any form of transaction conducted via third-party links within the application.
Prior to initiating any transaction, we strongly advise users to meticulously review the policies and practices of the third-party entity to ensure a comprehensive understanding.
Recourse for Issues
Any grievances, claims, concerns, or inquiries pertaining to third-party products or services should be directed to the relevant third-party provider.
These terms delineate the framework governing engagements with third-party content, tools, and links within the Linkync application.
It is incumbent upon users to exercise prudence and conduct due diligence when engaging with external entities through the application.
Part 10. Miscellaneous, Legalities, and Conditions
Disclaimer of Warranty
This section clarifies that your use of Linkync's services is at your own risk. Linkync and its affiliates do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and they do not make any guarantees about the results you may achieve using the service. The downloadable software and materials are provided as-is, without warranties, except for those warranties that cannot be excluded by law.
Limitation of Liability
This section outlines that Linkync, its employees, and affiliates are not liable for any direct or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services. It includes a disclaimer that third parties referring you to Linkync are not liable for any issues related to your use of the services.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and protect Linkync, its affiliates, and others from claims, suits, and expenses that arise from:
Your use of Linkync's site or mobile application.
Your failure to comply with this agreement.
Your use of third-party services, links, or tools.
Any violations of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
Unauthorized use of the services by someone using your information.
Failure to follow network rules or PCI-DSS security standards.
Release
This section emphasizes that Linkync is not responsible for interactions between small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and customers or any resulting claims, injuries, or damages.
Governing Law
This section specifies that the agreement is governed by the laws of either the State of Delaware, and depends on the user's location.
Arbitration
This part states that any disputes or claims between you and Linkync will be resolved through binding and confidential arbitration, following the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. It also explains that you're waiving your right to take legal action in court except for small claims or certain specific claims. It highlights that arbitration decisions are enforceable like court orders, and each side is responsible for its attorneys' fees and expenses.
Affiliate Disclosure
Linkync may have affiliate relationships with third-party companies and partners whose products and services we promote through our platform. Due to these relationships, Linkync may earn a commission on products purchased by users from these third-party affiliates.
Authority
Both parties involved in this agreement represent and warrant that they have full authority to enter into this agreement. This agreement is binding upon both parties and enforceable in accordance with its terms.
Waiver
Any waiver of rights under these terms and conditions must be agreed upon and documented in writing. A delay or failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver, and it does not prevent a party from exercising that right in the future. The rights and remedies provided in this agreement are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights and remedies provided by law.
Force Majeure
Linkync will not be held responsible for meeting its obligations if prevented from doing so due to acts of God or force majeure. This includes events beyond Linkync's control, such as government actions, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, terrorist activities, and more. Linkync will make reasonable efforts to notify affected parties of any such delays and resume performance as soon as possible.
Rights of Third Parties
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in these terms and conditions, they do not grant any rights to third parties.
Relationship of the Parties
The parties involved are considered independent contractors under these terms and conditions. This agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between them. Neither party has the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of the other party or any third parties related to these terms and conditions.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it will be replaced with a valid, enforceable provision that best matches the original intent of the provision. The remaining parts of this agreement will remain in effect.

Notice of updates will be posted on the Linkync website, pushed to registered users of the Linkync application, or sent to the email address provided during registration. It is advisable to review these terms and conditions regularly.

We also reserve the right to request additional information or documentation from users to verify their identity and protect our platform from fraudulent activities.
By using our platform, users acknowledge and agree to comply with our terms and conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify or update our terms and conditions at any time, and it is the user's responsibility to review them periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Service Providers Registration
Our platform provides a separate registration process for service providers and independent contractors. The registration process includes a thorough verification and background check to ensure the safety and quality of services provided through our platform.
During the registration process, service providers are required to provide personal information, such as their name, contact details, and payment information. They are also required to provide information about their professional experience, services offered, pricing, availability, images, videos, and reviews from previous clients.
Once registered, service providers have the ability to manage their profiles and keep them up to date with their latest information. Our platform provides service providers with the tools they need to manage their schedules, accept and decline bookings, and communicate with clients through in-app messaging or chat features.
Our platform takes pride in offering a user-friendly and secure registration process for service providers, allowing them to showcase their services and connect with potential clients in a seamless and efficient way.
Profile Creation
Profile creation is an essential feature of our platform, allowing Service Providers and independent contractors to create comprehensive profiles that showcase their skills, services, and experience to potential clients. Our platform's profile creation feature enables service providers to present themselves in the best possible light, providing a convenient way for them to market their services to a broader audience.
When creating their profiles, service providers and independent contractors can provide various details such as their skills, services offered, pricing, availability, images, videos, and reviews from previous clients. They can also customize their profiles according to their preferences, ensuring that their profiles align with their brand and image.
The profile creation feature of our platform ensures that service providers and independent contractors can provide potential clients with a detailed overview of their services, ensuring that they are better equipped to make informed decisions when choosing a service provider. With this feature, service providers can increase their visibility and reach a broader audience, leading to increased business opportunities and improved client satisfaction.
Booking and Scheduling
Our application allows users to search for service providers or independent contractors based on location, services, availability, and ratings. Once a user has selected a service provider or independent contractor, they can book appointments, schedule services, and communicate with service providers through in-app messaging or chat features.
Users can view a service provider's or independent contractor's calendar to check availability and select a suitable time for the service. They can also select the specific services they require and pay for them securely within the application.
Users can receive notifications and reminders for upcoming appointments, and they can cancel or reschedule bookings if necessary. The application provides real-time updates on the status of the service, such as when the service provider or independent contractor is on their way and when they have arrived.
The application also allows users to provide feedback and ratings for service providers or independent contractors after the service is complete, which helps build trust among users and supports quality control efforts.
Live Map
Our platform includes an interactive live map that displays the real-time location of service providers and independent contractors who are available for services. This feature makes it easy for users to locate nearby service providers and contractors and select the one that best suits their needs.
The live map also provides users with the ability to filter service providers based on their location, services, availability, and ratings. This allows users to select the service provider that best fits their preferences and schedule.
Moreover, the live map feature integrates with the booking and scheduling system to enable users to book appointments and schedule services with their preferred service providers directly from the map interface. This feature adds convenience and efficiency to the user experience and encourages users to make use of the platform for their beauty and wellness needs.
We understand the importance of privacy and security, and thus, we have implemented strict privacy protocols for the live map feature. Users can choose to hide their location on the map, and service providers' exact location is only visible to users who have booked their services. Our platform ensures that user data and information are secure and protected.
Affiliates Marketing and Referral

Earning and Spending Tracking
Our application provides a feature that allows service providers and independent contractors to track their earnings, spending, and tips received through the application. This feature helps them keep a record of their financials and supports the implementation of payment-related features.
Once a service provider or independent contractor completes a service or receives a payment, the app updates their earnings automatically, which can be viewed on their dashboard. They can also track their spending by viewing payment transactions, including payment gateway charges, refunds, and other fees.
In addition, the app also allows service providers and independent contractors to track tips they receive through the app. They can view their tips on their earnings page and include them in their overall earnings.
This feature ensures that service providers and independent contractors have a transparent view of their financials, allowing them to make informed business decisions. The feature also helps build trust and transparency between the service providers and the platform, which is essential for maintaining long-term relationships.
Payment Integration
Our application provides a seamless and secure payment process to ensure that users can easily make payments for the services they receive through the platform. We integrate with trusted and secure payment gateways to offer a wide range of payment options, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods.
To use our payment services, users must provide valid and up-to-date payment information. By doing so, they agree to pay all charges for the services they book through the application, including any applicable taxes, fees, and gratuities.
Our payment system ensures that service providers receive timely and accurate payments for the services they provide. We charge a commission fee for every transaction made through our platform, which covers the costs of payment processing, administration, and other operational expenses.
We take the security of our users' payment information seriously and implement industry-standard security measures to protect against fraud, unauthorized access, and other security risks. We do not store payment information on our servers and rely on trusted payment gateways to process all transactions securely.
In the event of a payment dispute or issue, our support team is available to help resolve any issues and ensure fair and equitable outcomes for all parties involved. We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any fraudulent or unauthorized activity related to payments made through our platform.
Ratings and Reviews
The application provides a feature for users to rate and review service providers and independent contractors based on their services and experience. Users are encouraged to provide honest and constructive feedback to help service providers improve the quality of their services and build trust among users. The application allows users to rate service providers based on a scale of one to five stars, with five being the highest rating. Additionally, users can provide a detailed review of their experience, including feedback on the quality of the service, professionalism, and overall satisfaction. Service providers have the ability to view their ratings and reviews, which can be used to improve their services and address any concerns raised by users. The application has a policy against fake reviews and ratings, and any attempt to manipulate or misuse the rating and review system will result in account suspension or termination. By using the application, users agree to the terms and conditions governing the rating and review system and acknowledge that their feedback may be shared with other users.
Extra Services
Our application provides an option for users to purchase additional services, products, add-ons, and customizations beyond the standard offerings of the service providers. These extra services can be offered before or after the scheduled appointment, and users can also leave tips for service providers.
To ensure transparency and clear communication, the application will display the full list of extra services with their corresponding prices, and users will be required to confirm their selection before proceeding with the payment process. Service providers are also required to confirm their availability for the extra services before accepting the request.
We strongly encourage service providers to be transparent about the pricing of their extra services and to communicate any changes in the price or availability of the services in advance to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings.
